Here are the Terms and Conditions for Black Knight Express On-Demand Delivery powered by Uber. Black Knight Erotica reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice or communication, and any changes will apply immediately to any subsequent orders utilising this delivery method.

Order & Delivery Process

Black Knight Erotica will assemble your order as soon as is possible, and our staff will order an Uber for your package delivery. If a Shipping Address different to your Billing Address is entered, the Shipping Address will be used for Uber Delivery. Once placed, Uber Delivery orders cannot be cancelled or modified – please ensure your address, phone and email details are correct and not being auto-filled with incorrect data. Due to availability of drivers, busy periods in our store and other factors, Black Knight Erotica cannot guarantee timeframe of deliveries.

Notification of Delivery Status

Communication of order/delivery status will be by automated emails from our website only. Ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout, and spam/junk folders are checked. You will receive 3 emails:

• Email 1: Upon successful checkout, you will be sent an automated receipt of order by our website. Please check spam folders if you don’t receive it within 5 mins.
• Email 2: Once your order has been collected by an Uber driver from our store you will be notified by a second email from our website, indicating your delivery is on it’s way.
• Email 3: Once our staff see that the delivery is complete or near complete, you will be notified by a third and final email from our website, indicating your delivery is completed and to check your doorstep for your order.

Discreet Packaging for Delivery

Your order will be packaged by us in a Plain White Satchel Bag with adhesive seal closure. Packages are NOT addressed using your name or details. In some cases as required there may be wide clear adhesive tape wrapped around your package to minimise size or to prevent product movement inside the bag.

Unattended Address

Black Knight Express On-Demand Delivery is authority to leave by default. This means if you do not answer the door to meet your delivery driver (or if they do not or cannot ring a doorbell), your order will be left at your door. I understand and agree that Black Knight Erotica cannot and will not be held liable for any loss of order after delivery.

Special Instructions

Special Instructions placed in the Customer Notes area of the Checkout MAY BE IGNORED! While we will attempt to be accommodating, Customer instructions may not be practical or possible to implement as delivery involves external parties and their respective policies regarding Driver safety and security. Customer Instructions that affect delivery address or time of delivery will be ignored completely. Simple instructions like “leave next to plant pot” may be accommodated. If you have instructions critical to your order, please call us first on 0884457911 before placing your order.

Availability of Uber On-Demand Delivery Service

• On-Demand Delivery is available only between the hours of 11am to 11pm (ACST) Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 11pm (ACST) Sundays. Outside these hours the option will disappear from checkout.
• On-Demand Delivery is not available on Christmas Day (December 25th) as our store is closed on Christmas Day.
• On-Demand Delivery is only available to certain postcodes (see below for details).

If any attempt is made by you (the customer) to falsify your address in order to gain delivery outside these service postcodes, your order may be cancelled and refunded, and funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account – see below.

Payment Method

For On-Demand Delivery orders, we only accept payment using Credit Card via Stripe using 3D Secure Card Authentication. Please note: If for any reason a refund or partial refund is issued via Stripe, refunds may take up to 10 business days. This delay is at the Bank Institution end, and completely beyond our control.

Product Exclusions

Large, heavy or highly valuable products that are marked as “Pickup Only Products” or Non-Purchasable Products cannot be shipped using On-Demand Delivery, and still require purchase in-store.
