Accepted Payment Methods
PayPal – Using Your PayPal Account login only.
eWay Australia – Credit Card Payments by secure online payment using eWay – Australian Secure Payment Gateway.
We now allow shopping from home and placing your order with the option to Pay in-Store at our Kilkenny bricks-and-mortar shop (2 Kilkenny Road, Kilkenny on the corner of Port Road).
If arrangements are not made and your order is not collected in 72 hours from the order date, we reserve the right to return your stock to the shelf and consider your order cancelled.
When paying in-store, you must provide at least your Order Number & First Name to ensure the correct order is paid for. Check your Pickup Notification Email to find your Order Number.
PLEASE NOTE: Paywave on card will not be accepted for pickup and pay orders! The card must be inserted and a PIN entered.

Pickup from Store
You can now choose “Pickup from Store” to collect from our Kilkenny store!
Please wait for your notification email stating your items are ready for collection before arriving at the store!
When collecting the order please make sure you have:
- Your Order ID and First Name to identify yourself – OR –
- The Order Notification email (on phone or printed) showing all the details as confirmation.
Staff reserve the right to retain ordered items until satisfactory identification is presented.
Postage is a flat rate AUD $14.95 GST inclusive. (referred to at checkout as “Flat Rate”).
We offer Free delivery using standard shipping for orders of AUD $100 or more!
Your order will be sent via Fastway Couriers if the shipping address is in the Adelaide metropolitan area, otherwise for Rural Country areas orders will be sent by Australia Post in one of their Standard Post satchels or a box, all will be packaged as discreetly as possible and addressed from “Kafcar Pty Ltd”, with no reference to having purchased adult related products.
Orders are usually sent on the first available business day (Mon-Fri) – but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances such as the current COVID-19 Pandemic.
You will receive an email notification advising when your order has been sent out.
If your order cannot be delivered for any reason it will be kept at the nearest post office and then sent back to us. If it needs to be resent out to you it may incur an additional delivery charge.
