Usage: Unscrew the end-cap off your Pornstar Signature Series Stroker, screw the suction mount in place of the end-cap. Find a smooth hard surface like a bed-head or the tiled wall of your shower (avoiding grout-lines), press the suction cup against the surface firmly and lock the lever down on the base. To adjust angle, loosen the wingnut and set angle then re-tighten.
